Jock of the Bushveld is a true story by the author Sir James Percy Fitzpatrick. The book tells the story of Fitzpatrick’s adventures with his dog Jock, a Staffordshire-Bullterrier cross. During 1880’s Fitzpatrick worked as a store man, prospector’s assistant, journalist and ox-wagon transport rider in the Transvaal. 

 Jock was born in the present-day Kruger National Park near Pretoriuskop Camp. He was the runt of the litter and Fitzpatrick saved him. Jock grew up to be a faithful and obedient companion as well as a champion fighter and hunter. He accompanied Fitzpatrick on his journeys lived out his life at his side with unwavering loyalty and his loving memory inspired many bedtimes stories to Fitzpatrick’s three children.

Republk is committed to deliver all online-purchases within 2-5 workdays at your front door. Local delivery times depend on your location and if you are located in a main-center or rural areas. 

R75-R139 for orders under 5kg in volumetric size. The precise cost will be determined on your location.

R90 - R165 for orders above 5kg in volumetric size. The exact cost will be determined based on your location. 

International deliveries

All international deliveries are made by Fedex or UPS couriers and the courier cost depends upon the volumetric size. Your shipping cost will be quoted separately based on the country we are dispatching to and the size of your parcel. 

Please note: A local import-duty can be applicable depending on the country that you reside in.

You are like family to us! If your product arrives damaged we will exchange it. Please note the following conditions apply:

  • You let us know of any damages within 7 days of your purchase
  • The product is still in its original packaging
  • The product is in the same condition as you received it

If your product is undamaged but you changed your mind or if you need another size or colour - we will meet you halfway. You can send the product back to us on your account or ask us to assist you in arranging a courier. We will then deliver the new product to you on our cost. All other conditions remain the same - namely that you should please inform us within 7 days and that the item should still be in its original condition. 

If you wish to return a product for a refund you will have to return the product to Repubk on your own account. Once we have received the product and it is in the original condition you received it we will make a refund via EFT. 

For international order all exchanges are for the account of the client.
